Cole Murray is a real estate professional with TexasLand who focuses on ranch properties, recreational land, and investment acreage across Central Texas and the Texas Hill Country. Born and raised in Austin, Cole represents a new generation of professionals in Texas ranch real estate while continuing a family tradition that spans decades in the Central Texas real estate market.
Growing up in a family deeply involved in the local real estate industry, Cole was exposed to the business at an early age. With his father working in real estate for more than 40 years, he developed an early understanding of the relationships, market knowledge, and long-term perspective required in Texas land brokerage. That early exposure shaped his interest in the industry and provided a foundation for working with buyers and sellers of Texas land and ranch properties.
Cole attended Westlake High School in Austin, where he played football and ran track, contributing to three UIL 6A Texas state football championships during his time there. After graduating, he continued his education at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, where he studied finance. His academic background in finance complements his work in real estate, particularly when helping clients evaluate land purchases as long-term investments.
After completing his studies, Cole returned to Austin to begin his career in real estate and quickly focused on the land and ranch market that has long been part of his family’s professional background. His familiarity with Central Texas, combined with a strong understanding of local land values and market trends, allows him to assist clients seeking recreational land, ranch properties, and investment acreage throughout the region.
Cole commonly works with clients throughout Austin, the Texas Hill Country, and surrounding Central Texas markets, helping buyers explore opportunities in Texas land while guiding sellers through the process of bringing ranch properties to market.
