Dylan Frades serves as the Marketing Director for TexasLand and DMTX Realty Group, leading the brokerage’s marketing strategy, digital platforms, and brand development across Texas. Based in Austin, Dylan oversees the systems and marketing infrastructure that support the presentation and promotion of ranch properties, recreational land, and investment acreage throughout the state.
In his role, Dylan manages the marketing strategy behind the TexasLand brand, including website development, digital campaigns, listing marketing, content strategy, and platform growth. He works closely with agents, photographers, and the brokerage’s operations team to ensure each property is presented with clarity and consistency across the TexasLand website and marketing channels. His work focuses on building scalable systems that allow agents to effectively market ranch properties while maintaining a professional and recognizable presence within the Texas land brokerage space.
Dylan’s background combines marketing, design, and strategic development within the real estate industry. Through his work with TexasLand and DMTX Realty Group, he has helped build marketing systems that support agents across Central Texas and beyond, ranging from listing presentation and brand development to digital visibility and content distribution. His approach emphasizes clear communication, strong visual presentation, and thoughtful positioning of ranch properties and recreational land within the Texas market.
Working closely with the brokerage’s leadership and agents, Dylan focuses on strengthening the visibility and reach of the TexasLand platform while ensuring the marketing behind each property reflects the quality of the land and the professionalism of the brokerage.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time on the golf course, following motorsports, and exploring the landscapes that makes Texas land ownership unique.
