Josh Smith is the co-founder of TexasLand and has spent more than a decade focused on Texas land and ranch real estate. Based in Central Texas, he works closely with buyers, sellers, and investors across the state, helping guide transactions involving ranch properties, recreational land, and large-scale investment acreage. Through his leadership, TexasLand has grown into one of the most recognized land brokerage platforms in the state.
Since its founding, TexasLand has been involved in more than $2 billion in land and ranch transactions across Texas and consistently ranks among the top real estate teams in the state by production. The brokerage specializes in ranch properties, luxury estates, recreational land, and investment opportunities throughout Texas, with a strong presence in Central Texas and the Hill Country.
A key part of Josh's work has been building a marketing platform designed specifically for Texas ranch real estate. In addition to brokerage work, Josh has been actively involved in land investment and development opportunities across Central Texas. Since 2016, he has helped coordinate nearly $300 million in land investment transactions, working with buyers and partners to identify properties with long-term potential and navigate the process from acquisition through development.
